Make an EA based off of my indicators

Hi, I need to make a custom EA based off my indicators. One indicator will tell when to buy or sell. The other indicator will filter the signal. I also need the EA to be able to trade multiple charts. This means that I can put the EA on one chart and it can trade on all the currency pairs at once. I would not need to open up additional charts to trade other currencies.
