Stock screener

I need to create a stock screener specifically for daily, weekly and monthly charts. But at this time, daily would suffice. There are certain parameters that are needed. Specifically a stock that:

1. Has average volume of 1 million or more

2. Is in an uptrend on the daily

3. Has a recent high either all time or 52 week that was above the 20sma, (recent- within last month)

4. Has a pullback to form a higher low that either crosses below the 20 sma, or touches it

5. After making that lower low, the stock will move up making an (intermediate high which is not higher than the all time or 52 week high that preceded this setup) but either moves into or slightly crosses the 20 sma or if crossed below prior, comes close to intersecting it

6. Then it pulls back creating an even higher low than the previous higher low, but not breaking that low

After this setup, it will need to be able to be fine tuned if needed to meet my requirements. I’m going to attach a chart chart to show the setup
