Convert simple MS Access 97 DB to Filemaker Pro 11.

Simple packing list DB, needs to be converted form Microsoft Access 97 to Filemaker pro 11. Attached is a sample output from the current access db. Currently user is prompted with a form to supply needed information for shipping/packing lists. Database should be searchable(new function) and should be able to tell if a packing list has been printed. Database should be have a relationship and should not duplicate infomation in tables.
I have some additional databases which will need to be transferred if this one goes well we can discuss future Database conversions.

We have more experience with conversion MS Access, Excel, CVS to FileMaker, MySQL, etc. with correct character code conversions (languages support) and with UTF-8.
Not a problem if you can submit your data in an excel or .csv file and you know how many interfaces you want (its actually half a day but the freelancer system wont take it)
