My company needs to manages quite a lot of data for a limited time project. For this I need a MS access expert to do intensive workshops with me (video conferencing) to build a structure in Access to suit my need. I know this is only a prototyping solution, but I need a system that can be built in 1-3 days due to time constraints and the project will end in 5-8 months and so I dont want to build a professional solution.
Here is what I need:
* MS access web app programming
* Based on a SQL database, not the native Access database
* Make it accessible through our MS teams system to various users.
* Not a group pf people but ONE PERSON to interact with
Here are the types of features I need:
> Daily import of Excel files with 3000-10 000 datasets to be stored in there
> A data entry form so we can add personal data of about 3000 people per day (20 fields per person
> Option to upload these details also from excel
> Some basic logic things such as: Find specific data in another table and associati this poeron with this data
> Reporting functions such as: How man have been entered today/yesterday/etc.
> Specific export functions to Excel in a specific format (export all persons with this and that setting into excel/csv in a specified format
> and a few more things in that direction. I have so far solved all this in elaborate excel files, so access will be a lot easier for this.
I am not a programmer, but I know what is needed. I would like to reserve a day where we connect with Video concferencing (can do whole days on weekends or batches of several hours and evenings during work days (all CET). I would like to show you what features I need and then you put that into action, later we connect again and I show you the next function and so on and this way we build this system quickly.
This weekend would be a great chance to start.
