I have a excel spreadsheet that lists all of our customers by their respective customer ID number. For each customer there are multiple returns to pay. So let's say for example, customer with ID number 2000 has 3 returns to be filed and paid. In this case the customer ID is listed 3 times on the spreadsheet. In order to reduce redundancy, I would like to have a database which allows to generate reports and pop up windows. In there we should be able to enter the customer ID and it will auto populate all the customer's information including address. Within that window there should be another drop down menu to select from several returns so that we an enter payment date, payment amount, discount received, eft date, and confirmation number. It should also list that tax accountant that is responsible for the customer.
