I need to design a microsoft access file that generate a query.
We have a software that output a product file in csv format
we have another software that need to be connected to an access query file to pull details in order to print pricetag of our product
our existing method, was we had an excel file pricetag, which we type in item and qty we need to print, then the acces file pulls data from the csv and pricetag and generate a query
we want to have only one access file where we can input the item code we need to print, the quantity, and prices, optional selling price or optional markup. it should display the item description, recommended selling price from the csv file, then it generate the query
we should have a setting form where we can update the default values
also, i have attached a calculation sheet so the proper calculation method is done instead of the way it was done previously, so it can be updated in the future
you can run the existing file to see the outcome.
