Microsoft access Data base template needed to record details of customers who have had carpets cleaned.
Fields to include:
Value of clean
The data base will be used to record sales and then contact customer to remind to have carpets cleaned or advise of special offers etc.
I would need to be able to mail merge to print labels and export email address to bulk email.
Please state the features the database will have. I have no experience of databases so please message any ideas
