I am looking for an Operation Executive who can assist me with administrative tasks for a project that is expected to last 1-3 months. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling administrative tasks and be able to work efficiently.
Tasks to be performed include:
- Organizing and maintaining project files and documents
- Managing schedules and coordinating meetings
- Handling correspondence and communication with clients and stakeholders
- Assisting with data entry and maintaining databases
- Providing general administrative support as needed
Skills and experience required:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in using standard office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Previous experience in project management or operations analysis would be a plus, but not required.
The freelancer will not be required to have specific software or tools as standard tools are sufficient for this project. However, if the freelancer has any recommendations for additional software or tools that could improve efficiency, they are welcome to suggest them.
