I would like a database created for use in purchasing Technology equipment and services. The database will be relatively simple with tables for Vendors and Products. The overall form will autocreate a PO number and pull the vendor and product information from these tables. There should be either tabs or forms for vendor and product entry. The end goal is to produce a 1 page report formatted as per our requirements listing the vendor information at the top along with our company information. Each item is listed, with a quantity, price, total price, total price for the PO, tax is computed at our given tax rates and a final total shown at the bottom. There should be 4 approval signature fields at the bottom along with a notes field that can be used as a description of the overall proposal. I will provide a sample report upon request.
