Able to store in the MS Access the data and uploaded photos.

Search & Print

Able to search and call for the particular completed data via company details and print the completed forms in A4

These two are the completed form for use.

The higlighted texts are where we will key in manually be it in a field/form/text box
The ones in arrow will be in droplist and need to be able to create and edit more under that point
