I have a small basic database that will be used for tracking hire of plant & equipment. What I require is the following:
When the computer is first turned on it will automatically start the database and run in the back ground and insert an icon in the task tray. The database will be able to be accessed from this icon to add and change information.
In the database it has 3 text boxes that when each text box is entered it displays a calander. First Date is day of hire, Second Date is when it is due for off hire and Third date is actual off hire date. All these forms and tables are in place.
What needs to happen 24 hours before the due off hire date is an email needs to be generated and sent to multiple email address's advising that the particular item is due for off hire.
