We have a case where a customer is born in the Cloud but now we are hitting the limitations of the current only Cloud, now we need to do do a migration where we need to add a new "Empty" Active directory "OnPremise" (In Azure) and enable DirSync reverse to the already in cloud identities
We need all attributes / groups etc. from Cloud (Only) to be exported in a way that we can reacreate all the objects in the Local Active Directory
We need to be able to "merge" the newly created objects on the Local OnPremise AD with the existing Accounts
We need to know the limitations (Passwords etc) - the users will get new passwords or?
What about Mailbox management, the organization have never had a Local Active Directory with Exchange, what are the limitations of Mailbox Management / user management when Exchange is not available OnPremise?
We need a complete migration plan with stages (What will have to be done and in what steps)
