Set up sbs 2011 using vmware

Hi,

I have installed vmware and installed sbs 2011 std on vmware player. I need someone to setup and configure sbs and get it ready for hosting exchange. i have teamviewer running on the host computer and on sbs. This is urgent and needs to be done asap.
