Help with O365 missing emails

Job Description:
We did a email migration from a IMAP server to Office 365 using Exchange admin center.
Migration was successful and all emails came through.
The client was working on his computer when Outlook crashed and when he restarted it, all his emails for 2 years from today morning till 2022 Jan have disappeared.
They are not in OWA and strangely not even on the old IMAP server anymore.
need help to restore those. This happened 2 hours ago.
