I am looking for a SharePoint consultant to come and perform an audit on our Office 365 SharePoint implementation.
From that audit I would like to generate a list of best-practices that should be adopted and then move to implement them.
In particular I need someone who understands the 4 implementation patterns for document libraries and who understand how the sync with OneDrive for Business works to local folders.
Ideally I would like someone based in Wellington, New Zealand, so that they are able to come into the office to work with the team.
I am keen to assess the level of need by talking through what we have and what we are trying to achieve.
We have a number of well established SharePoint sites which are accessed by staff online and offline through synchronization. I want to make sure that we are doing it correctly, and if not, resolve that. I would also be interested in documenting best practice for the creation of new sites and libraries.
This is a high priority for me as the company moves to release its first product into the market; ensuring that our documentation is safe and secure and that the team has appropriate access without too many restrictions is paramount.
