OUTLOOK DESKTOP & Office 365 Experts Needed

I have a Distribution List in Office 365. The only way to honor an OPT-OUT is either I have to log into Office 365 and and manually remove the email address from the distribution list or I have to OPEN POWER SHELL and import the list of email addresses as opt-outs! It is really time consuming to do this. So here is my goal:

I need to create an opt-out link that will email the distribution list members and when they click it to opt out it will collect that email addresses into either a .csv or a .txt file that gets updated constantly in a folder on my PC desktop. My goal is to have a file of opted out emails. That is it. Once I have that file I can then run the power shell commands to remove those emails off the distribution list.

Basically all I am asking you to do is create an opt out link that I put in my email to my clients and collect the emails in a list, one email address per row. It is probably a very easy job to do this.

If possible there is another automation that would help. If there was a way to add an .exe to the desktop or maybe some type of MACRO chron job in .xls where the collected opt outs would start the Microsoft power shell opt out command to take the collected opt-outs and auto process them. I understand that I would need to have power shell open so a opt out command can be run.

That would be great instead of me manually running the powershell opt out commands.

The above are just suggestions. I am open to other ways to do this. I am looking for a way to add an opt-out link and automate the power shell command to remove the collected opt-outs!
