Build a flutter app for release on both IOS and Android app stores

Job Description:
Build this app on flutter with release to both IOS App store and Android play store. There is already some flutter code to work with.

It has an empty firebase database and will need a storage server to store the user uploaded songs. It also will need integrations with Spotify & Apple Music to listen to songs on there or edit playlists on those apps through this one. Also an admin web panel needs to be made to manage this app as well. Deadline for app release would be June 1st. Let me know if this is something you are capable of.

+Figma to Flutter. Flutter code is completed for base app (Screenshot included)
+APK Made (File included)
Things that need to be done:
+Admin Panel Creation. Figma not done yet. Either you do it and bill me or I have my team do it.
+Storage Server for songs. AWS S3 or similar
+Integration with Spotify
+Integration with Apple Music
+Publication on IOS App store
+Publication on Google Play store
