I am looking for a skilled app developer who can create an app that allows users to share footage from their external cameras with their neighbors. The app should be compatible with both iOS and Android platforms.
One of the key requirements for this project is to implement advanced security measures within the app to ensure the protection of users' footage and privacy.
I would like the same features and capabilities that can be seen in the "Streety" app [login to view URL] This will clearly require a backend interface to administer the platform.
At this stage we are after a ROM cost for this capability (+/- 20%)
