Create flutter wrapper package for native SDK

Job Description:
Hello,
We are looking for a flutter, kotlin/java and objective-c/swift expert, that can create a flutter wrapper package around an existing AD SDK.
We have 2 native SDKs (an Android and an iOS Version), that need to be implemented into a flutter application.
Because the SDK not only uses PlatformChannels, but also native Views (it shows AdBanners), we will need to implement NativeViews:

Attached you will find the SDK (Documentation PDF, Lib Files and Examples for iOS and Android).
## Flutter functionality we need
The following SDK functionality should be abstracted and implemented in the final package.
The numbers in brackets reference the katalognumbers in the documentation PDF.
### **SDK methods to forward to flutter:** (should just be callable in Flutter and return the data - simple Platform Channels)
* isOptedOut Method (11.1)
* optOut Method (11.1)
* optIn Method (11.1)
* indicateGdpr (11.2)
* dontTrack (11.4)
### **AdBanner widget**
We want to be able to show an AdBanner using the following Widget Call:

## Acceptance criteria:
* We can show AdBanners using a network, contentId, debug and tcfString (see above)
* All Banners render correctly
* All the methods above (see above) work and respect the values
* Works on iOS and Android by just adding it to pubspec and using the widget
* The package is well implemented and documented
