Maslak App for Road Status

Using flutter I want to make an app called Maslak for ios and android devices that consists of the following parts and functions:
The user UI language, we should support Arabic and English languages
Log-in and sign-up screen:
At the top the logo of the app,
then the app’s sign-up/sign-in through google, and Apple. Make the sign-in and sign-up flow through the third parties to be the same button for each third party, meaning that there are two buttons in our case.
Main Screen after login:
Burger Menu icon, when tapped it shows the following tabs
Favorite icon “Show Preferred Places” → will open a screen for the preferred places.
Gear icon “Profile & Settings” → will open a page containing the profile info and a Toggle button when it is On it should show the preferred places page when the app opens. The text beside the toggle button “Open the preferred places screen at start”
Headphone icon “Support and Send Requests” → will open a screen containing a form to be sent to this email “email”
Logout icon “Logout” will sign out from the app and go back to the login screen.
Beside the burger menu icon a drop down selector to select the “Governante”
Based on selection the table below will be changed to show the “Places” and their info and actions → each Governante has many places, maybe 50. → each place has a direction below its name and it has a status and a status’s last updated time (e.g. 2 minutes ago or NOW).
First column include the actions icons
notification (speaker icon) to allow the user to update the status of the place in pop up modal. Inside the popup modal it will show

Below it the name of the place with its direction
Then a drop down to multi select the tags of the status. When a tag is selected it will be shown below the dropdown and it should be hidden from the list.
Each tag has an x icon on the edge to delete it from the status.
Then a Confirm button and a Cancel button.
Favorite icon to add the place to the preferred places screen. If the place is added the icon will be color-filed, if the place is not added to the preferred places page it will be an empty icon.
Second column includes the place’s name “Place” and its direction explained below the name in a smaller font. E.g. name: DCO crossing Direction: to Ramallah
Third column includes the “Status” of the place which might be one or more of the available tags → the status can be empty if it was not updated for a week. The displayed tags in the status can be one or more of the following tags: each tag has its own background color. When the space of the status is not enough for more than one tag a plus sign appears and on-click it will open a pop up including all tags.
Closed - red background
Low Traffic - green background
High Traffic - light red background
Medium Traffic - orange background
Settlers Violence - red background
Occupation Forces Presence - light red background
Settlers Presence - light red background
Settlers Protest - red background
Car Accident - orange background
Attack Incident - purple background
Checkpoint Traffic - light red background
Checkpoint Inspection - light red background
Police - orange background
Fourth column includes the last update timestamp “Last Update” . It will show the last time this place’s status has been updated, for example 2 minutes ago, six days ago, 2 hours ago, NOW and so on.
Under the table a space is placed for ads and it should be connected to google ads to generate revenue.
The app takes name, email and phone number from third parties when signed up through them
The app stores all of the data on google firebase and takes the data of the governorates, places, directions, preferred places and everything from there. No need to store the data in the code. We need to update the places info without updating the app each time from App store or from Play Store.
The app should have an action from the burger menu to subscribe to remove ads space.
