MIT App Inventor - Travel Journal

Job Description:
Looking for help creating an app to share in my classroom. Looking to have a project created using MIT App Inventor that will serve as travel log journal. Will need "source" file for teaching and editing.
User will be able to take a series of pictures, enter comments, keywords and mark location as private, share with friends, share with public. I would also like to know how the app can be placed on the Play Store for download. Locations will be stored with GPS coordinates and can remain as "private" , "friends", or public entries.
Users can add in "friends" to share posts or retain as a private travel journal.
User can view Google Map with nearby markers for places and/or search by keywords for locations in database.
This application will have to use a web-based database for images and descriptions, and I would also need help setting up this component.
