Mobile app and website development for a travel app powered by AI API

I am looking for a competent mobile app and website developer who can help me create a travel app powered by AI API. I already have a design concept and wireframes ready, and I require the AI API to fulfill personalized recommendations. The app should be developed for iOS primarily, android experience is optional. As well as having an eye for detail and an understanding of UX/UI design; the successful candidate should have a deep knowledge of the iOS platform and a good track record for successful completion of projects. Experience working with AI API technologies, creating database architecture and developing web services would be advantageous.
The project needs to be built with highest standards in mind, and coding principles, patterns, and best practices should be followed. A thorough testing phase will need to be conducted once development has been completed, bug fixing and adjustments to the UI/UX may be required.
