Mobile Application

We need an application for mobile to work on message system. A user have this application on his mobile can send sms to any number in the world but the process in real will be this:

Message will come to our server and then we resend this to any number user ask us and the message didnt send to that number directly first come to us and then we send it. User will use his local rate for sending and then we send internationaly.
