Android sound board app

Hi guys, I am looking for a developer to finish my sound app, it is basically a sound board with soothing sounds. It will have a few controls, power/volume/selection knob. NOTE: I already have the interface for it, it is 1 screen only, I also have the 10 sounds that it plays (OGG format, all loop-able). The challenge is to create an app that plays these sounds, uses a timer (30-120 minutes) and it also "adapts" to the environment acoustics, by using the device microphone to listen to loud noises and adjust the sound volume accordingly.
