PLEASE READ ALL BEFORE BIDDING. Here is what I need: 1- An app where users download android apps and get points. Those points can be changed for money. 2- When users withdraw their points, the system pay them automatically using a paypal account. 3- Clients can go to our website, add a campaing and start promotiong their apps. Those apps will be shown in the users android app. 4- If users keep their app for more than 10 days get extra points. Some other small features, but that is the main core.
