Need support on Cordova-Phonegap geolocation plugin for ANDROID

I'm using latest cordova 3.6 and testing my applications with netbeans. By default when u compile a project the geolocation plugin is added to the project (latest version). Need someone that explain me how it works in 30/60 minutes.
