A PhoneGap wrapper for an HTML5 web app

Hi,
I need a PhoneGap wrapper for an HTML5 web app.
The app should:
1. Use external html/js/css files from a specific URL in an internal browser that supports cookies
2. Support push notification to a specific user. The notification should support intent (notification with actions) according to [login to view URL]
3. Support Android and iPhone (I have the developers’ accounts already)
4. Support "Share Via..." for Android to enable sharing from other apps according to [login to view URL]
5. Launch to the previous state. e.g., not restart every time
6. The output files should be full source code and closed code ready to submit to the stores
7. If applicable, please provide similar projects that you wrapped in PG ?
