There are four players in each team, and they sit facing each other, as indicated above. The question master (who is also the user of the app) sits in a position corresponding to the bottom of the screen. There is no fixed number of starter questions, instead a game lasts a predetermined amount of time (normally 25 minutes). The question master asks a starter question which is worth 10 points and which may be answered by any player. When a player successfully answers a starter question then their team will get asked 3 bonus questions worth 5 points each. If the answer to a starter question is incorrect or nobody answers then the question master goes on to the next question and the bonus questions associated with that starter question are discarded (the exception is the music question described below). If any player interrupts a starter question and gives an incorrect answer then their team loses 5 points and that team is prevented from answering that question.
Half way through the quiz there is a music question where a piece of music is played as a starter question and the teams are meant to identify it. The bonus questions for the music question are also pieces of music. If nobody get's the music starter question right then the music bonus questions are kept for the next correctly answered starter question.
At the end of the match a gong is sounded and no more questions can be asked or answered.
Explanation of screenshot
The scores shown are a snapshot of one starter question. Each player has an individual score shown. This score is the number of starter questions they have right. The arrow indicates which teams bonus question it is - if it is a starter question then no arrow should show.
Under each team is a button marked "Penalty" and this should be used if a team interrupts a start question incorrectly. Between the "Penalty" buttons is a "Pass" button which should be pressed if no team gets the starter question correct.
At the bottom, the starter question number is shown in square brackets. On the left and right edges of the screen, the team scores for the whole match so far are shown.

Response to button clicks
when the user presses the image of a player who answers a question correctly the arrow should point to their team, ten points be awarded to that team and a dialogue should pop up. The dialogue should display the player's team, and three bonus questions for that team. The question master will then be able to award them zero, five, ten or fifteen points based on the number of bonus questions they answer correctly.
when the user presses the "Penalty" button for a team, that team should lose 5 points.
Menu options should be implemented for the main activity that
