QR Code Generator/Mobile Landing Page/App interface to site

My project is based similar to another site ([url removed, login to view]). When a qr code is scan it goes to a mobile landing page where they have a selection of icons linking them to the popular social media sites for that client. Clients should have the ability to create unlimited qr codes with links to Social media sites and post date them for a launch date. Clients should be able to choose templates for their mobile landing page and a app should be developed to allow clients to make changes to qr code links from their mobile phone. Use media from their phones (pics,video,audio) as links in their qr code campaign and view statistics from scanned qr codes, clicks, and geolocation of scans
