Iphone App Completion - Location Based App

I posted a job a while back re Iphone and Android app similar to Momento. The application is about 90% complete and has a server backend connection.
I am looking for someone to complete the app, in the sense of setting it up for purchasing at the app store and changing the data being saved to the actual iphone instead of server based and allowing the data to be backed-up via itunes during sync. I have the source code and working application compiled.
We will also be looking at incorporating a server / website connectivity at a later stage. The top priority is to get the app completed and submitted to apple.
