****We have all the codes delivered to us which have been coded over the past 18 months by two separate developers. These include the codes for the website itself & the iphone app that accompanies it ( we also have codes for the android version of the app - but this is not up-to-date so we will be leaving this out for now). We now need these codes configured and transformed into the final stage of an actual fully functioning website and app. We have had the app cleared by the iphone store and have already ran the site successfully on a godaddy server a few months ago to test it. We have over the last few months had a break down in communication with our most recent developers and we really need a professional business/individual with the website knowledge just to help us 100% complete this project and bring the site to fruition, 95% of the work has already been done we really just need a helping hand in this final stage of getting the site to complete function capability.
I can appreciate this is may not be considered a lot of work but if we are happy with the service you provide in this final stage we will be happy to continue using you for general site maintenance, further website growth, testing etc.
To re-affirm myself and my business partner will be looking for someone to undertake the following;
• Configuration of the mobile app & website from the codes we have received from the developers.
• Helping us ensure the site & app are working to 100% potential & general support on checking the site is working to 100% functionality in its set up.
• Advice & support in setting up the site & app in terms of server usage, type of server, usage exposure etc.
• A reliable source of support & information whom we can call and discuss any problems we have in setting up the site & app.
• Building a relationship we can use for all streams of website maintenance, inquiry etc in the future.
Looking at the workload we really think that this is within the capability of a single freelance developer however we are welcome to all offers from all businesses.
We really can’t stress enough how important communication is to us! We need someone who is reliable, concise,communicative & knowledgeable in the field of website set up & maintenance.
In this respect in terms of communication necessity we would prefer that the individual/ business we would like to use is based in the UK as we have found over the last few years international communication really doesn’t work on a day to day basis especially when against time constraints.
We are open to offers but just to reiterate we do not need any expensive coding and we are only one small step away from 100% completion so please reflect that in your cost offers as it really is just someone we need to "hold our hand" over this last stage of configuration.
