I am looking for someone who can build a backend web service solution that allows us to upload data automatically from a web services application, via RSS to the phone app. I can use a jquery mobile app wrapped with phonegap. I would like to be able to download the app from a QR code and allow the user to set up an icon desktop. I will provide the respondents who are capable of doing what I need with more particulars. This is an urgent project, so if you don't have time and you can't get onto it immediately, please don't consider this job. If this is something that you have experience with please respond. If you don't, please don't waste my time or yours.
