Radio Player with Streaming URL, News Feed, Facebook Integrate

Hi! I'd like to create a radio player with the following functions: User end 1. Listen to live radio using URL feed 2. Read news feed from RSS 3. Facebook integration where users can post on their status while they listening to the radio 4. Background running ability 5. On the live radio the interface should look something like the radio with button to go to the next station and ability to add station to favorite Admin end 1. Enter URL for radio streaming for live radio 2. Track users listening per station 3.
