I need a application that will read the internet for garage sales and also let people post them them for 1 dollar free to find but 1 dollar to post and the application will use integrated map for address ie google maps or iphone maps....where you can use your navigation or anything else to navigate you to the garage sale.. the garage sale will be able to put items they are selling into a word box and address then it would cost 1 dollar. The search can be done from the app please see garage sale rover, picker pal free garage sales, igaragesale, or yard sale treasure maps...but the difference is they will be able to post from the app and comment on what is there for other people so if someone rolls over it you can see what is there. I will need this for both iphone and android.. must do graphics, backend, DB, and possibly a website for it to go to or use the db to read from
