Write an iPhone application OCR character recognition
Budget $750-1500 USD
We are interested to develop a application that will have OCR character recognition feature.
1-How it should work?
(a)-Mobile device should scan number written on box with minimum effort possible.
(b)-Match the box number with "database number" and provide immediate result.
(Success of application will be depending on 1-How fast it can scan, 2- it should scan even without stooping in front of box or just slowdown at front and device should focus automatically and convert number using OCR technology)
Project can be done in two phases.
Phase-1: OCR working.
Phase-2: OCR result matching with Databases.
Mobile device can be Android, IOS or windows (whichever will be more suitable for such application with best camera result)
