I need mobile apps

I need an symbian apps for s60v2 and s60v3. Apps details : After install this apps , it change a system folder on phone and replace or add new font in phone. So user can read that language on that phone. I already check this manually and find it working. So you have to make this working by installing this apps. After installing or removing, this apps must restart phone to take effect. By opening apps menu, user can stop this apps and resume it. This apps have to start using 1st time only ads visit. Means after install this apps, user have to visit one time ads. In apps must have donation option. Only credit card and moneybookers. Credit card payment must goes to moneybookers account.
