Debug, Fix, Finish and Complete Android App

Hello I have a non finished Java app. It's a children interface in kiosk mode : the child can call his mother or father by phone or by Skype. I think the interface is quite explicit. But we have some bugs : the alert button is supposed to send an emergency text message with GPS coordinates. There's a loop. It sends on its own, and keep sending. Here is the video of the bug, where you can see the interface as well : [login to view URL] We need as well to implement a few functionalities : log system, etc , and in-app payment to activate the options. Most important : the child shouldn't be allowed to go outside of the app. But at the end of Skype calls, we are stuck into the Skype interface. Here is one of the problem : [login to view URL] Ideally we will find a way to block strangers to call the phone and deactivate SMS reception (or notifications), but we're not sure we can do that. I'm looking for a java developer on a step by step rate based. We will advance milestones by milestones. Of course we will need the sources with every versions as we will compile on Android Studio to release the signed APKs ourselves. It's something I made for my daughter, then I had the idea to make it for others as well. I finance by myself so that's why the budget is low. But it can be interesting to do. I'm expecting people to come to chat with me showing they understood the project before I can select their bid. So of course, watch the youtube video, and try to answer the Skype problem, so I know you are the one I need :) Details of what we need : 1/ general reading + Implement screen overlay permission ( permission to draw over the screen), and make it work without install crash. 2/ solve the bug problem with text message. the button should be a bit higher in the account setting page, and always in color. It will be an option later once we will implement the payment system. 3/ Check if we can handle skype calls better so the child is back inside the app at the end of the call. 4/ Check if we can allow incoming calls only from known contacts from the phone. 5/ make a log system (file text should be enough). Icon in account setting page => parental code => send logs to mum or dad (choice). If Internet and email OK, offer to send by email. If not, offer to send by text to parent already know phone number. 6/ implement in-app payment for emergency txt (2) and logs (5), so they become paying options. I want to go by fixed divided milestone. Thanks !
