Add some functionality in my app

In My app There should be some design in which First Category will be fixed in which Daily update section is given according to first view in app.
and second and other catogary will be dynamic in which same type of catogery can be added more and more according to my recuirement .
Quiz section remains same in all sections .
I have first list already prepared in which list with pdf shown in the app in which add a navigation bar will be added and first section on "Home" in clicked then show offline list which is already prepared by me .
When second item GK is clicked then it will show The Catory list which is shown in design.
and 3rd section "more" is clicked it will show some links like fb, whatsapp, gmail , privacy policy, and about section.
