Android App Development

We have an iOS App working with our BLE sensors and we would like to have an Android developer to develop the Android version. We already have a standalone class to manage BLE connection. You will only need to implement some callback functions (sensor connected, sensor disconnected, reading updated, etc) in the activity page and update corresponding interface components. Major tasks/requirements 1. Make the interface as close to the iOS version as possible. We will provide all graphic assets. 2. We will allow multiple BLE sensors connection. So the interface should be scalable and can adjust dynamically based on the number of connected sensors. Each sensor should have its own panel to display readings. 3. Allow user to record data continuously with different recording rate or discretely when a button is pressed. 4. Allow user to plot recorded data during recording and after recording is finished. 5. Allow user to save recorded data in local database. 6. Data recording may take a few hours or even a few days, there should be some mechanism to prevent data lost if any issue or crash happens during recording. 7. Create a data manager to allow user to view previously saved record. 8. Allow user to export saved data in a CSV file. 9. Developer should have good knowledge of Android interface building, plotting library and database. Please send a proposal in doc/pdf answering the following questions: 1.
