I am looking for someone to design a application to be used for Fire & Rescue notifications.
--Login page on start of iPhone/iPad app asking for username and password.
--Front page after logging in will show all active incidents entered by users.
--Incidents will be entered into the app via a form which I have layed out below.
--After a incident has been entered by anyone - Selecting the incident will open the incident displaying all pertinent information for the call entry such as location, comments, frequency channel, etc.
--After a incident is marked as complete by any user, it will disappear off the active incident list and be in a "Filed Incidents"
App must be able to be used on a iPad or iPhone.
In this drop downs will be various options with the end result being after you hit "DISPATCH" or "SUBMIT" on the form, all information contained in the form such as below will be sent out to users subscribed to the system. Method of sending will be app push notifications if the user selects them.
