Build an android app

fastext is a NLP library which can be used to do sentence classification. It has java bindings which can be found here. [login to view URL] I have figured out how to run the java library in my Ubuntu machine. I am interested in understanding how I can convert this to an android app. The aim is not to convert this to a full fledged commercial app but more of an educational nature.
Criteria of success

Have the option of loading a word vector text file or bin file that is generated in the fasttext training process.
take a sentence input from the user
classify the sentence and return the predicted label and show it on the screen.
