I'm seeking to hire someone for ongoing coaching/tutoring via remote in (such a GoToMeeting) that is willing to "step by step" walk me through various bottlenecks I've encountered in jumping from software to software during my busy day. An example would be the following: I'm using Gmail primarily as it stores everything to the cloud in an easily retrievable way. What it does not allow is the Outlook form of setting up files to store emails, and the contacts function seems to be lacking. I would like to have you remote in, step by step, to: 1) Ensure I have Outlook loaded on my desktop correctly 2) Set up my gmail to stay in place in gmail and forward to Outlook (I need to keep my gmail as my primary email contact is gmail) 3) Explain in detail how these two sync with each other, the settings, etc 4) How to properly back up Outlook and Google Contacts periodically into one Master Contact file 5) How to import and export quickly and accurately from Outlook to Excell, from Gmail to Excel. And how to merge the two without duplicates 6) Everything I do must run through Excel. In other words, I'm not interested in learning how to mergec contacts from Outlook to Gmail. I need them in a solid Excel CSV file for back up. That's the first mission. The perfect person would also understand Google Assistant to the degree that they can teach me to operate Excel with voice commands only. That is bonus worthy! Thank you!
