Cordova plugin for Zebra scanner

Hi everyone,
we need a cordova plugin to connect our IONIC 4 application with RFID & Barcode scanners from Zebra via Bluetooth. Zebra provides the Zebra RFID SDK for iOS & Android and the Zebra scanner SDK for iOS & Android for this purpose. At the moment we use the Zebra RFD8500 scanner, which we want to connect to a smartphone via bluetooth but not in the human interface device mode. One of many possible use cases is, that the Zebra RFID8500 has an optical and a RFID scan-unit. Through the plugin we want to choose between these two scan-units.
The plugin should provide access to the SDK functions and should unify the access to the RFID/Barcode scanner, so that we can use the methods in JavaScript/TypeScript.
The Cordova plugin should work with the following Zebra SDK versions:
* Zebra RFID SDK for iOS (1.0.69)
* Zebra RFID SDK for Android (2.0.1.15)
* Zebra Scanner SDK for iOS (1.4.6)
* Zebra Scanner SDK for Android (2.4.2.0)
