I am looking for an app developer to create an app.
App will not be available on app store
It can be Android or IOS, whichever is cheaper ideally
The company does Secure document destruction.
there will be 3 users but we may add more later.
App would need to work with either Sage Cloud or Xero Accounting software, ideally Sage Cloud. We do not have Sage or Xero setup, just looking for the best option.

Customer says collect 10 bags for destruction
Arrive at customer building
Scan each bag (bar code)
Load bags onto van
Customer signs to say bags have been collected
Bags are scanned again before being destroyed
Send customer certificate of destruction and invoice
invoice goes into Sage Cloud/Xero
DIB shredding would like an app with the following features:
Collect bag, scan bar codes on bag. input/select name of customer, details and number of bags
Ideally user will input Client name and info in advance, client will need to be able to add new users in the app. If a new customer is added in app it must add to Sage Cloud/ Xero
Hospitals have individual bag codes (bar codes) so we need a record of each bags destruction
Customers Signs, app must store the signature and name of person that signed
bags are taken away, scanned before destruction
Send a certificate of destruction to the customer email, with customers details
Create an invoice, customer name, volume and price, send email to customer
Customer gets certificate of destruction and invoice
Information then added to either Sage Cloud or Xero
