develop simple streaming app

If youre not VERY experienced with app development, this gig is not for you. I need a native app developed for video streaming. basically the IG live component into its own app like House Party and Zoom. However, we need an unlimited number of people to be able to tune in without needing to be on video. So something like instagram live but unlike instagram which only allows 2 people to tune in on video, we will allow up to 6 people to tune in on video but UNLIMITED guest to tune in to watch the stream. It has to have great video capabilities and audio. It s intended to be used by users worldwide. It will be used for entertainment purposes. I need this app straightforward to use. It’s main purpose is to be used for remote music performances. Imagine Instagram Live where viewers chat while watching. Willing to discuss further. I will send an NDA and a made for hire agreement to whoever we hire . All rights will be transferred to us. If you’re not comfortable with that than this gig is not for you. Im looking for someone who is highly skilled, professional and experienced. They have done this before. Also integrity , trustworthy and reliability is key to my working relationship with anyone.
