A platform to register complaints and evidences in form of images and videos, which would refer to a problem in a particular region and roll out notification for those in-charge of the domain in that region. These areas will be divided into districts, subdistricts, cities and so on. If the people in-charge fail to resolve the complaint, it may then be elevated to the next higher level in hierarchy. The platform shall be minimalistic to avoid clutter and be usable by laymen. The platform shall provide entire coverage in Hindi and English.
