Incoming and Outgoing call recording - Android

I already have a flutter app. It has a Start recording button. So I need a native android code which record incoming and outgoing phone calls. I don't need any UI. In android main activity I will call a start record function then it should record the call even if the app is closed state. this service should support all android devices.
