iOS Video Test App

Hi,
I need an iPhone/iPad app. This is a Video Test app where the user can see videos and tab on screen if he spots something on video. If he taps on the correct timing he will get 5 stars. Each video is one-minute long. The first couple of videos are free to attempt and the rest are paid which he can purchase with a single purchase. There is restore button to restore the purchases. All the videos are locally stored within the app.
Each Video has following attributes
Video Id,Title,VideoFile,ImageFile,correctTime,Type,Rank,Tips
Screens
Main: List all videos (paid/unpaid).
Video pre-start screen: This will show video image, title, tips
Video Play: This screen will play video, this screen shows a video, a video timer bar. If use taps the screen it shows a flag on the timer. The user taps on the ‘correctTime’ than it’s a green flag otherwise it’s a yellow flag. If user taps on correctTime then he gets 5 stars rating for this videos otherwise 1 star.
The app shows ads if only using free videos, if the user purchased the videos this ad will be disabled.
I’ll provide you with the screens, data structure, sample videos. I have simplified the app to very basic so please only apply if you can deliver at this price. Only experienced developers please, App should pass the app store rules, I’ll prefer if you have done the similar work.
