iphone and Android app development

I need an iPhone/iPad and android app. I already have a design for it, I just need it to be built. we want develop a GPS tracking app

below is the description-

There should be 7 menu items as follows:

Main Page- this should show all the devices and their last know locations on a map. We could also show maybe the geofence that has been set. It should just give an overview of all devices.

Live View- this is where you can view current location of devices one by one. There should be a search field to search for the device ID or device name. This should be dynamic search where the results will appear while typing.

History - This will be where you can see the route history of a particular device ID. You should be able to set the start and end date to display the route on the map. Clicking on the device name on the map should bring up the detail view of the device with all parameters.

Alerts - This will show the current alerts such as low battery alerts , a geofence breach, or maintenance due for a specific device id. Clicking more info should show the full details of that device ID.

Feet Maintenance - forgot to add the wireframe for this. Maybe we can view report of device ids that require maintenance. Or maybe we can make this menu item reports or dashboard. I need to think about it some more as maybe it should be the main page as a dashboard.

Groups- this is where you can view devices ids by their group. It might be for example a bike hire company will group them by bike type (eg. mountain bike, treking bike, folding bike) or other customers by group them by bikes, cars, trucks or even by state like eg. Melbourne branch, Sydney branch etc.

Settings- mainly this will deal with what notifications the user wants to see, maybe which groups to see, and also what types of alerts. For example, the user may want to see bikes group, geofence breach- all notifications, but other groups no notifications, or maybe for other types of alerts , no notifications on the mobile device. It should be customizable for the users needs.
