Iphone and Ipad app

I am creating a magazine with InDesign. I would like to convert it and sell it on app store app. This is the first edition, and if he gets enough sales, I will create a new edition every month, as a regular monthly magazine. This is an emerging project, being launched, so the budget is not an exaggeration. I wish the magazine would be displayed one page at a time, on iphone, while on ipad two pages at times. This is for reasons of size of the monitor. Finally, the magazine contains text, images and links.
